Söderberg & Partners is an independent pension and insurance brokerage firm that offers advisory services in corporate pensions and business insurance. Our pension and insurance brokers are experts in their field and always provide advice with your best interests in mind. We have offices located throughout Denmark, which means we can visit you no matter where in the country you are based.
Our history
Söderberg & Partners was founded in 2004 by nine analysts led by Gustav Rentzhog, who is still the CEO today.
The original business area focused solely on pension advisory services, but shortly after, we were also able to offer advice on business insurance. Over time, several new business areas have been added, and we continue to expand and innovate within the financial sector.
From the original nine analysts, we have grown to over 4,400 employees and become an international group with a presence in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, and England. The entrepreneurial spirit still thrives strongly within the company despite our size, and we are confident that our franchise structure is one of the reasons for this.
Our work and advisory services are supported by thorough analyses, which are a central part of everything we do. This is why we have our own analysis department, which over the years has developed into one of the leading departments in the Nordic countries within the pension and insurance industry.
From what started as a dream, Söderberg & Partners is today a well-functioning and growing company, and we are proud to be among the leading advisors in the Nordics within pension and business insurance.

2014
We open the doors to our first offices in Denmark, Norway, and Finland
2018
We reach 2.000 employees across the entire Söderberg & Partners
2019
We celebrate our 15th anniversary with a grand event at the Globen Arena in Stockholm, attended by over 2.000 employees from six countries. We also welcome our 13.500th corporate client.
2022
Our growth continues, and we now employ more than 300 people across over 21 offices throughout Denmark.
