The tool allows our brokers to analyse and compare your business' pension and healthcare schemes with the offers of the pension companies across 235 different parameters.
Those parameters range from everything from the pension companies' specific product terms for e.g. loss of earning capacity, critical illness, sustainability to financial parameters, such as prices, costs and return. Those variables are what differentiate the various pension companies from each other and they can be of great importance to your employees' pension.
In all our analyses, we use a colour scale in the form of red, amber and green colours. The visual representation of our advisory services makes it easy for you to see what pension solutions we believe match you and your employees' needs better than other.
