Söderberg & Partners consolidates its Danish insurance broker activities in one company
We are contacting you to inform that we are combining our two business areas – non-life insurance mediation and pension mediation – into one company by merging our insurance brokerage with our pension brokerage company. The merger will take effect from end of November 2022.
The merger will have no impact on you as a client
The merger will not affect your company, your terms of agreement or our client relationship. Thus, you will receive the same benefits and services as before. Likewise, your advisor and other relevant contact persons will remain the same. Therefore, you do not need to take any action in this regard.
The only difference is that our name on future invoices will appear as Söderberg & Partners Forsikringsmæglervirksomhed Danmark A/S with Company registration number: 35836160 rather than Söderberg & Partners Forsikringsmæglervirksomhed ll A/S.

In this way, we can continue to ensure that you as a customer receive the best possible service and advice as well as access to the market's most optimal insurance solutions. You are receiving this as a client of Söderberg & Partners Danmark Forsikringsmæglervirksomhed II A/S, which ceases to exist as a company. All agreements and obligations will be transferred to Söderberg & Partners Danmark Forsikringsmæglervirksomhed A/S, which will continue to handle all customers on the same terms and conditions as customers of the discontinuing company.
