Complaints

If you have a complaint, you should in the first instance contact the employee at Söderberg & Partners with whom you had contact regarding the matter to which the complaint refers.

If you are still dissatisfied after this, please contact the Complaints Manager at Söderberg & Partners in writing. If you make a complaint in writing, please attach copies of relevant documentation. Please state the employees at Söderberg & Partners with whom you had contact regarding the matter and when you were in contact with them.

If the complaint is the result of a single mistake or misunderstanding, it will be corrected as soon as possible. You will receive confirmation of receipt of the complaint within three business days.
